Logo

Hidden Creeks Project is a grant-funded initiative that combines public art, history and conservation — focused on the hidden waters of Mill Creek that run beneath the City of Erie. The project brings together artists, historians and environmental advocates to tell the story of the devastating Mill Creek Flood of 1915, the construction of the Mill Creek Tube and the importance of protecting the region’s waterways.
